WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ON US TO HELP WITH YOUR PET OR HORSE SKIN CONDITION.

Please contact us directly. Phone is best.
See our contact page for contact info.

An initial 60-75  minute consultation is $343.00 (includes GST). Medications, laboratory fees and surgery fees are additional.
The initial visit involves a detailed review of the case history, a complete dermatological examination and lab work, then an explanation of the disease process and management options. At the end of your visit you will receive a detailed typed case summary and thorough treatment plan. This will also be shared with your vet. We try to make the treatment financially sustainable, discuss all costs with you upfront, and won’t have you coming back in a short space of time unnecessarily.

The earlier, the better! But it is never too late. We can always have a positive impact, to any case, no matter how complex or severe.
Skin complaints in your pet can be difficult to manage. We will do our very best to get you a diagnosis promptly, and get treatment underway that is safe and effective.

From the initial consultation, you will be well informed. The initial consultations can be quite thorough – involving a very detailed history collection, examination and skin sampling, to enable diagnosis. You will have clear expectations of the short, medium- and long-term treatment plan, and will leave each consultation with detailed, easy to understand instructions.

Following our consultations, me and my nurses make ourselves available for you for case support. I need to ensure that you have a smooth run with your treatments so we achieve the best outcome. Follow up visits can be organised at relatively short notice, and very urgent re-visits will be prioritized.
